Wow, its February 2025! And at last, I can definetly feel Spring is in the air. The birds singing this morning as i walked the dog through the woodland at Priskilly Forest, was amazing. I stopped to listen for a while and set up my bird ID app on the phone and it identified so many birds, the Robin, Thrush, Wren, Sparrow, Gold Crest, Chaffinch, Blackcap, Moorhen, Rooks and the Collared Dove. It really was just amazing to stop awhile and listen, so relaxing and uplifting to my mood this morning. As the dog pulled me along the path, sniffing every tree we came to I couldnt help but notice the snowdrops, the daffodils and crocus' that are just popping into bud and the wild garlic peeping up through the ground (that will soon be like a white carpet covering the woodland floor) just made me realise how lucky we are to live in such a beautiful place. //countrylife //springisontheway //wellbeing //happylife
